Our office is on the 5th floor of the White House building in Begumpet. We take up rooms 513 to 516. It’s a big building, and the elevators are almost always slow when you’re in a hurry. Kundan Bagh is a busy part of the city, so there’s a constant hum of traffic coming up from the street. Inside, it’s mostly just us engineers hunched over our desks. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and working on computers. It’s not a very flashy place. We have some old filing cabinets and a lot of rolled-up drawings everywhere. The air conditioning is usually turned up too high, so we all have our jackets on. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy. Just our name on the door. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other works. We grab lunch from the stalls downstairs most days. It’s a fast pace because there are always deadlines coming up. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project, but that’s just how engineering goes. We don't really do any promotion or sales talk. People know us because of the work we’ve done in the past. It’s just a regular office life in a busy part of Hyderabad. We just come in, do our calculations, and try to get things right.
