We are Landsky Engineers Pvt Ltd, and we operate from the second floor of 35/ 69 in GK Colony. If you're looking for us, we are right opposite the Honda showroom in Sainikpuri. It’s a nice enough building, though we have to walk up the stairs since there isn't an elevator. Our office is filled with engineering plans, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. It’s a busy environment where we’re usually debating design details or talking to contractors on site. Sainikpuri is a great location because it feels a bit more relaxed and green than the busier parts of the city. We’ve been here for several years now and have a good relationship with the other tenants in the building. Our team is small, just a few engineers and some support staff. We don’t have a big reception area or a polished corporate image. We just focus on the engineering work and making sure the technical specs are accurate. Sometimes we’re here late into the evening if we have a big deadline to meet. You can often find us at the local cafes nearby during our lunch breaks. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves. It’s a straightforward way to run an engineering firm, and it seems to work well for us and our clients.
