You can find Sri Venkateshwara Publishers at No. 4 - 5 - 49. We are right beside the Andhra Bank on Womens College Road in Koti. This is a very old and busy part of the city. There are books and papers stacked up almost to the ceiling in some parts of our shop. We do a lot of printing and publishing work. It’s a noisy place with the machines running and people coming in to ask about their orders. Koti is always crowded, so there’s always a lot of energy outside our door. We’ve been here for a long time. My father started things and now we just keep it going. It’s not a polished bookstore; it’s more of a working print shop where things actually get made. We deal with authors, students, and all sorts of people who need things printed. Sometimes the ink gets on our clothes and it’s hard to get out. The shelves are a bit messy but we can usually find what a customer is looking for if they give us a minute. We just stay focused on getting the books out the door. It’s a lot of manual labor, checking pages and binding things together. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the basic work of putting words on paper. It’s what we do every day here in Koti.
