Konda Associates

Our office is situated right near the Hyderabad University campus in Kondapur. It is a busy area these days with all the new apartments and shops going up everywhere. We go by Konda Associates and we have been working out of this spot for a good while. The location is handy because everyone knows the university gate. Most days start with a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different departments. We deal with architectural plans and some of the legal bits that come with land and building projects. It is a bit of a squeeze in our office sometimes because of all the files we have to keep, but we know where everything is. The noise from the main road is always there, but you get used to it after a week. We do not really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from a friend or see our name while driving toward the university. I spend a lot of time out in the heat checking on sites in the surrounding colonies. It is a lot of walking and measuring, and sometimes arguing with suppliers about deliveries. We are not interested in being a huge corporate entity. We just want to do the job we are hired for and go home to our families. It is a simple operation here in the 500084 area that keeps us on our toes every single day.
