Kesar Beetle Nut Gruha Udyog is located at 5-6-581 in the Nampally area, right near the Dargah Shah Qhamoosh. The area is quite old and has a lot of history to it. You can always hear the sounds from the Dargah and the street vendors selling things nearby. Our work involves a lot of manual processing of beetle nuts every single day. The smell of the nuts is very strong, and it tends to stay on your clothes even after you go home. It is a small home-based industry type of setup rather than a big factory. We do not have any large signs or fancy lights on the outside of the building. It is just a heavy door and a lot of bags stacked up in the corners inside. We spend many hours sorting through the nuts and getting them ready for the orders. It is physical work, and our hands often get stained from handling them all day. We do not have a big staff here, just a few local people from around the neighborhood. Nampally is a very crowded part of Hyderabad, so it is always loud and busy outside our door. We have been in this spot for years and the people living nearby are all like family to us. We do not really have formal business meetings. Usually, people just stop by to talk, we have some tea, and we figure out what needs to be done. The building is old and the stairs are a bit narrow. We just keep at it.
