Located down in the Industrial Area near Rtc 'X' Roads, at 1-8-581, we spend most of our waking hours at the facility. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always busy with trucks and vans coming in and out at all hours. Biking Food Products is where we make everything. The smell of whatever we are processing that day usually hangs in the air, which you get used to after about five minutes of being inside. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the machines to make sure everything is running like it should. We aren't some giant factory with robots; it’s mostly just people doing the tasks and making sure the food products are packed up right. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of the location, but we try to keep the actual workspace as tidy as possible. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside if the weather isn't too punishing, watching the traffic on the main road. We’ve had some long days here when the demand goes up, especially around the holidays or festival times. It gets tiring, for sure. But there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the crates get loaded onto the trucks at the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the items out on time and making sure nothing gets stuck in the machinery.
