Kemikorp (Trade Mark)

Up on the fourth floor of Chamundeshwari Tower in Ameerpet, that’s where you’ll find us. Kemikorp has been in this office on D. K. Road for several years. Ameerpet is always loud and full of students, but it’s a good central spot for us. We deal with industrial stuff, mostly chemicals and raw materials that factories need. The office is small, just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking shipments. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. My brother handles the paperwork while I talk to the suppliers. We’ve got our trademark registered and everything, but we don’t make a big deal out of it. We just focus on getting the orders right. Most of our clients are businesses who have been buying from us since we opened. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just answer the calls as they come in. Sometimes the office gets messy with all the samples laying around. We try to keep things organized, but when three orders come in at once, things get hectic. It’s a typical small office environment. We’re just regular people making a living in the middle of a busy city. That’s the reality of Kemikorp.
