Kalpatharuvu Techno Feeds Private Limited is based in Khanamet, right in Hyderabad. We occupy Plot Numbers 59 and 69, spanning a couple of survey numbers. It is an industrial kind of setup where we focus on animal feeds. The yard is usually dusty because of the grain and the mixing process. We have big machines that grind everything down, and they make a steady humming sound that you can hear from the street. It is a lot of heavy sacks being moved around by hand or on small trolleys. The Telangana sun makes the metal roof quite hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy loading done early. We don't have a fancy reception area. Usually, you just walk in and find someone near the scales or the loading dock. There are always trucks coming in from the farms or going out to deliver the finished feed. We spend a lot of time checking the consistency of the mixes. It is practical work. The office is just a small partitioned space with a computer that is a bit slow. We keep track of everything in big ledgers anyway. It is a busy place and there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the last truck leaves. It is a lot of repetitive stuff but someone has to do it for things to work.
