Srirajyalakshmi Hatcheries Private Limited is located at Plot No 206/A on the second floor of Sriram Nagar Colony in Kondapur. It’s a decent enough spot, though parking around here can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been working out of this office for a bit now, focusing on the hatchery side of things. It’s a lot of coordination between the different sites and making sure all the schedules align properly. Hatcheries aren’t the kind of thing you can just leave to run themselves; they need constant attention and people who actually know what they’re doing with the equipment and the livestock. We mostly just stick to our routine here in Kondapur. The staff is local, and we all pretty much live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the traffic gets really backed up on the main road. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of what we do is just day-to-day management and making sure the business stays steady. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit tiring during the peak seasons. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years by just doing it and making mistakes here and there. That’s how you really learn how a hatchery needs to function. Our space on the 2Nd Floorsriram Nagar Colony is usually filled with the sound of phones and people talking about logistics. We try to keep things running as smoothly as we can without overcomplicating it.
