Homeland Fisheries Development Services Private Limited is based out of Macha Bollaram. Our office is Flat No 103 in the Venkateshwara Heaven building, which sits on Plot No 11 and 12. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you get into the neighborhood. We work on the development side of the fisheries industry. This means we spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve things for people who are actually out there at the water. It’s a lot of talking, a lot of paperwork, and a lot of trying to figure out solutions to problems that have been around for a long time. We aren’t experts who think they know everything; we’re just people who have been around the industry long enough to know what usually works and what doesn’t. The office in Macha Bollaram is usually a bit cluttered with maps and plans. We don't go in for corporate polish or anything like that. We’d rather spend our time getting something done than worrying about how our logo looks on a brochure. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's moods and how we like our tea. It’s a small team, and we just try to keep the business moving in the right direction. Every day brings something a bit different, whether it’s a new project or just fixing an old mistake. We just keep at it and hope for the best with each new development we take on.
