I work out of Flat No 313 in the Ganapathi Complex, which is located in Navodaya Colony. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite different from being in a big commercial building. I like it this way because it feels more personal and less stiff. I’ve set up a small office area inside my flat where I can focus on my tasks. Most of the work I do involves keeping records and helping people with their specific needs. It’s a quiet operation for the most part. The neighbors in Ganapathi Complex are used to seeing people come and go from time to time. Navodaya Colony is a nice place to be based; it has a friendly atmosphere that you don't always find in the busier parts of the city. I don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. My work usually comes from people who know me or who have been told about me by someone else. I think that’s a better way to do things anyway. It’s based on trust and just doing what you say you’re going to do. Some days I’m very busy and the desk is covered in papers. Other days are a bit slower, which gives me time to get organized for the next week. I’ve been doing this for a while now and I’ve learned that being consistent is what matters most.
