K. K. Rao Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 7 and part of Plot 8 on Road No. 1 in I.D.A. Nacharam. Having space on two plots helps us keep things moving, especially when we have larger projects. Road No. 1 is a main path through the Nacharam industrial area, so there’s always a lot of traffic. You can hear the rumble of heavy vehicles passing by all day. Our workshop is a busy place. We don't have a lobby with magazines or a coffee machine for guests. If you come to see us at K. K. Rao Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd., you’ll probably find us on the shop floor. We handle a lot of metal and machine parts. It’s a dusty environment, and the noise can be a bit much if you aren’t used to it. We’ve been in Nacharam for a good while, and we’ve seen the area grow. There are more buildings now than there used to be. We just keep doing what we know how to do. The guys here know their way around the tools, and we don't need much supervision. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. We just focus on the work on the benches. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we’re happy to be part of the Nacharam community. There is always something new to fix or build.
