K B R Engineering Works

K B R Engineering Works is based at G-6 in the Turnkey Complex, which is located in the Cie Balanagar area. Balanagar is very much an industrial zone, so it is all about big warehouses and busy workshops around here. Our unit is just one small part of a much larger industrial complex. There is a lot of grey concrete and scrap metal everywhere you look. Inside our own workshop, we have our various machines and tools spread out across the space. There is usually some oil on the floor and the smell of grease is always hanging in the air. We do all kinds of engineering repairs and fabrication work for different people. It is heavy, physical work, and we are usually covered in some kind of dirt or grime by the time noon rolls around. We do not have a receptionist to greet people; if you come by, you will probably find us right in the middle of a job. The Turnkey Complex is a busy place with many other small shops like ours. We all know the other workers and help each other out if someone needs a specific tool or a hand with something heavy. It is a noisy environment with the sound of grinding and metal work going on all day. We do not have an air-conditioned office to hide in when it gets hot. We just work where the machines are. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish. It is just plain work.
