If you head up to the 2nd floor at Nareshwari Market on Hill Street, you will find Juneja Industrial Company. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 5-1-531/230-7, but we have been here long enough that most people know where we are. The market is always loud, and the stairs up to our floor can be a bit of a workout if you are carrying heavy samples. We handle industrial parts and supplies, so the office is often cluttered with boxes and catalogs. It is not the neatest place, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with factories and making sure the shipments are moving. The team here is small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the orders coming in. Sometimes the heat in the market is tough, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We do not really do the whole polished business image. We are just regular people trying to run a decent company. If something goes wrong with an order, we just pick up the phone and try to sort it out manually. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. The view from the window is just more shops and rooftops, but it feels right for what we do.
