Our office is over at Orange Homes Impressions on Road No 86. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 8-2-293/82/J 111/443-A-16, but most people just look for the building name and they find us okay. Asara Management Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is where we do our consulting and management work. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads nearby. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to clients about their business problems. It isn't always easy, and sometimes the answers aren't what people want to hear, but we tell it like it is because that’s our job. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s a smaller group of us who actually know each other's names. The office has a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we forget to water them sometimes. We drink a lot of coffee while we figure out how to help other companies stay on track with their goals. Management isn't some magic trick; it's just about being organized and paying attention to the small stuff that everyone else ignores. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in this area over the years. We try to keep things steady for ourselves and the people we work with.
