Dial-a-rupee

We are Dial-a-rupee and you can find us at Srt-48, right near the Lal Bungalow in Ameerpet. If you know the area, you know it gets really crowded and noisy with all the traffic. Our office is a small spot tucked away there. We spend most of our time talking to people about their money needs. It’s a busy place and the phone rings a lot. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with all the paperwork and the people coming in and out, but we stay on top of it. We aren't a big bank with marble floors. It’s just a regular office with desks and chairs and too many files. Ameerpet is a fast place, and we try to keep up with it. Some days are better than others. We deal with all sorts of people, from students to small shop owners. Everyone has a different story. We listen and see what we can do. We don’t have a script we follow; we just talk like normal people. If the power goes out, we just wait for the generator or light a candle and keep talking. It’s practical work. We’ve been at this location for some time now and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but that is the nature of what we do here in Hyderabad. It is messy and loud sometimes, but we are right there in the middle of it every day.
