Jr Engineering Works

Our office is located in Akshaya Enclave, specifically at Office No. 2-103/17/2. It’s right in Shobana Colony in the Balanagar area. Jr Engineering Works is basically just a small team of us working out of this space. It’s a bit of a mix between an office and a place where we keep our technical drawings and some smaller parts. Balanagar is a busy spot for engineering, so we fit right in with the rest of the businesses around here. We spend a lot of time looking at specs and talking to people about their projects. It’s not always quiet, as there is a lot of traffic nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We started this because we knew how to build things and wanted to do it on our own. Some days we are out on site, and other days we are stuck here doing paperwork. We try to keep things simple. There’s no big corporate ladder here, just us trying to get the jobs done right. We have a couple of desks, a computer that sometimes runs slow, and plenty of tea. People usually find us through word of mouth. We don't do much advertising. We just figure if the work is okay, people will come back. It’s been working out so far. We just take it one day at a time and see what needs fixing.
