Our business is set up at Plot No. 61/E2/A in Phase-I. It’s an industrial area, so there are always machines running and people moving around. We focus on packaging, which means we deal with a lot of paper, glue, and cardboard. Our floor is usually covered in offcuts from the machines that cut the boxes to size. It gets pretty busy when we have a big order to get through, and the whole place smells like cardboard and ink. We’ve been in Phase-I for a while and we have a routine that works for us. The guys on the floor know the machines inside and out, which is good because they tend to act up sometimes. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything; it’s just a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time checking the measurements to make sure the boxes are right. If they are even a little bit off, they won’t fold properly, and that’s a real pain for everyone. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s what we do. We have our coffee breaks together and talk about the local news or whatever is happening in the industrial park. We just focus on keeping the machines running and getting the orders out to the people who need them.
