Sri Lakshmi Poly Pack

We run Sri Lakshmi Poly Pack out of D-37 in Phase-V of the Ida. It’s a standard industrial unit, similar to the others around here. We deal with poly packaging, so the place is usually full of rolls of plastic and big machines that do the cutting and sealing. It gets pretty warm on the shop floor, especially during the middle of the day. We have a small area partitioned off for the office work, but it’s mostly just a desk and some old chairs. The main focus is the production line. We spend a lot of time watching the machines to make sure the thickness is right and the seals are holding. There’s always a hum in the air from the motors. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are in Phase-V. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for a while. We eat our lunch together in the shade of the loading dock when it’s too hot inside. The trucks come by to pick up the bundles in the evening. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We don’t worry about the decor or making the place look polished. As long as the machines are running and the orders are packed, we’re doing fine. It’s just a local business trying to keep up with the daily demand in the Ida area. We’ve been here a long time and know the routine.
