Prompt Packaging Pvt. Ltd. (Unit-Ll) is situated at Plot No. D-23, Phase-V, Ida. This is where we handle all the heavy lifting and the wrapping. The warehouse is basically full of cardboard, tape, and big rolls of film. It’s a bit of a maze inside because we never have enough space for everything we need to store. We spend the whole day boxing things up and moving pallets around with a hand jack that squeaks on every turn. The air in Phase-V is always a bit heavy with the smell of other factories nearby. We have a small break room but most of us just eat our lunch at the desks or outside if the weather is decent. It’s a straightforward business. We get the materials in, we wrap them up, and they go back out on a truck. Sometimes the orders are huge and we have to stay late to finish the packing. Other days are slower and we spend time cleaning the rollers or organizing the inventory. We don't have any fancy software to manage things; it’s mostly just notebooks and memory. The guys on the loading dock are the ones who really keep the place moving. Without them, we would be buried in boxes within a week. It’s just a busy unit trying to stay on top of the pile.
