Manjunatha Engineering Works

Manjunatha Engineering Works is tucked into Phase-1 of the IDA. Our spot is 22/a. The IDA is a big place, and it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. We have been here for quite some time. The workshop is where we spend nearly all our time. It’s got that specific smell of grease and metal that never really goes away. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. When you walk in, you are pretty much standing right where the work happens. We use a lot of manual tools and some older machines that still run just fine. It’s not a high-tech lab. It’s a place where things get made by hand and with a bit of sweat. The roof gets noisy when it rains, and the sun makes the metal hot in the afternoons. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they know someone who came here before. It is just a straightforward engineering shop. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and some old photos. It’s a local business run by people who know their trade. That’s all there is to it. We keep working until the light fades and the shop shuts for the night.
