We have been here at Plot No. 9 10b in Phase-iv Extn for a while now. It’s a busy part of Ida, mostly industrial stuff. Our workshop is where we spend most of our time dealing with dies and moulds. It gets noisy and dirty, but that’s just how engineering work is. We started out small and just kept going because people kept asking for specific parts. There isn't much fancy about what we do. We just look at the designs, get the machines running, and try to make sure everything fits like it should. Sometimes the measurements are tricky, and we have to start over or tweak things until they work. The crew here knows their way around the equipment. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. Usually, it's just someone coming by the gate with a sketch or an old part that needs replacing. We handle the metal work and the molding process right here on-site. It’s honest work. Most of our days are spent checking tolerances and making sure the steel is cut right. If you walk past the shop in the afternoon, you’ll probably hear the grinding. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's close to the other factories. It makes it easier to get materials or ship things out. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a steady shop where the work gets done. That’s pretty much us.
