Jcorp Advisors Llp is located in Flat No. 202 at KN Enclave. This is in Gyanbagh Colony. It’s a pretty standard apartment-style office. We are on the second floor, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb if the lift isn’t working, which happens sometimes. The colony is mostly residential, so it feels very safe and familiar to us. We have our desks set up in the main room and a smaller side room for all our files. As advisors, we spend a lot of time talking and going through documents. It’s not loud or flashy here. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air during a long afternoon. The office has some old fans that hum a bit, but you get used to the noise after a while. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the local area. Most of our day is spent helping people with their various questions. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. We know the shopkeeper at the corner who sells us snacks and water bottles. It’s that kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big glass building. We just want a comfortable and quiet place to sit and do our work well. Gyanbagh Colony is a nice spot for that because it's central but not too loud.
