Jaya Enterprises

Jaya Enterprises operates out of units C-18 and 19 in the Electronic Complex at Kushaiguda. It’s an area full of workshops and small factories. The complex itself is quite large, so it took us a while to get used to where everything is. Our space is divided between the two units. We’ve got benches for the work and some metal shelving for the parts. It’s a bit of an industrial vibe, nothing like a fancy office building. Kushaiguda is a bit far out for some, but it’s where all the action is for us. The commute can be a bit of a trek depending on where you live. Most days, we grab lunch from the small canteen nearby or bring a tiffin from home. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps at the workstations. We aren't a huge team, just a handful of people who show up and do their bit. There’s a lot of focus on the tasks, so it stays fairly quiet inside even if the complex is busy outside. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been in these units for a good while and have everything set up just how we like it. Usually we lock up around six.
