Our office is over at Mig-44 in the Apiic Colony area of Jeedimetla. Jas Facilities has been based in this building for a good bit now. We mostly deal with managing things for other buildings and making sure everything stays running. It is a regular office space with papers and files everywhere. The colony is usually pretty quiet, which makes it a decent place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating different jobs across the city. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have our desks and our equipment ready to go. Jeedimetla is an industrial kind of area, so there is always a lot of activity nearby. We have a small crew and we know most of the people around the colony by name. Sometimes the work gets a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but that is just how facility management goes. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just show up at Mig-44 and start the day. The building itself is easy to spot once you get into the Apiic Colony. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle every day. We’ve kept it simple since the start and haven't seen a reason to change that. It gets the job done for the people we work with in the area.
