Almadina Roadlines

Our office is over on Gajularamaram Road, specifically in Rodamastri Nagar B. If you know Jeedimetla, you know it's a place that never really sleeps because of all the transport activity. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. There are always trucks moving in and out, and the yard can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just keeping track of where things are and making sure the drivers are okay. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for years. The walls of the office are a bit bare, and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We deal with a lot of different people, from drivers who’ve been on the road for days to local business owners needing things moved. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go as planned because of traffic or weather. That’s just the nature of roadlines. We stay busy enough that the days go by fast. Jeedimetla is a tough area but it’s where the work is. We don't spend money on fancy signs; everyone around here knows us anyway. It’s just about getting the loads from one point to another without too much fuss. Sometimes we stay late into the night waiting for a truck to arrive, but that's how it goes in this business. It is hard work but it is what we know.
