Working out of Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills is interesting because this part of Hyderabad is always changing. Our office is at H. No: 8-12-120/120/15/1 in Noor Nagar, and if you know the area, you know those roads can be a bit of a maze sometimes. Janapriya Engineers Syndicate Ltd has been set up here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. It’s a hilly area, so walking to get lunch usually involves a bit of a climb, which we all complain about but do anyway. The office itself is pretty functional. We don’t have those modern open-plan layouts you see in movies; we have actual desks and piles of files that actually get used. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once or when the phones start ringing off the hook, but that’s just how a working office sounds. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as we can find what we need. The people here are mostly locals who have been in the engineering field for years. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main road, which is a life-saver during rush hour. It's a practical space for practical work. We aren't here to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations, just to get through the daily list of things that need doing. Everyone here helps each other out.
