Our office is located at H. No.- 6-1-119/16 in Walker Town, Padmarao Nagar. We are right next to Dr. Apartments, so that is the easiest way to find us. We are Jac Exports And Imports Pvt.Ltd., but we don’t really have a big corporate feel. It’s more of a small team working out of a converted house. We handle the shipping and receiving of various goods, which means we spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and customs forms. It’s not the most exciting work, but it has to be done carefully so things don't get stuck at the border. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby for visitors. Most of our business is done over the phone or through emails with people we’ve known for years. We like the area of Padmarao Nagar because it feels more like a community than a business district. Sometimes things go wrong with a shipment and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to track down a container or fix a mistake on a manifest. It can be frustrating, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound like we are some global giant. We are just a small company trying to do our job correctly and keep our clients happy. The office is usually a bit messy with files, but we know where everything is.
