Our office for IR4 CONSULTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is right in New Nallakunta. It’s an older part of Hyderabad with a lot of character and history. We’re at 2-2-1144/1/A/1. The street can get pretty narrow and very noisy with all the shops and people moving around all day. We do consulting, which basically means people pay us to solve their problems. It might be about management or how to organize a specific department that isn't running right. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or expensive art. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up some desks and a big meeting table. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours talking through different scenarios for our clients. It’s the kind of work where you have to be very patient. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the area and the people well. Most of the people who work here grew up around this part of town and went to school nearby. We don't use much marketing; we just rely on people telling their friends about the work we did for them. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with books and documents, but we manage to stay on top of things. We aren't trying to sound smarter than we are. We just use our experience to help out where we can. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with every day.
