You can find Innovwayz Consultancy Services LLP over at Gulshan Colony in Shaikpet. We are on the second floor of the Hyderabad Homes building, in Flat 203. It’s a bit of a residential feel, which we like because it’s not as chaotic as the main roads. We’ve set up our consultancy here to be close to the local community. The office is basically a few rooms converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen area where we usually congregate for lunch. We do a lot of paperwork and planning here. It’s not a place with a massive sign outside or anything. We mostly rely on people knowing where we are or calling us up. Being in the Golconda area of Hyderabad means there’s plenty of history around us, but we’re mostly focused on the present. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. Just a small group of us trying to make a living and help out with consultancy tasks. We don’t have any polished mission statements. We just try to be practical. Some days are busier than others, especially when deadlines are close. We just try to keep the coffee pot full and the computers running. It’s a humble spot, but it works for us. Living in Telangana, you learn to deal with the heat and the traffic. We just take things as they come and do our best with the files on our desks.
