We have been in this part of India for quite some time. The office is situated in a way that’s easy for us to get to every morning. It’s a typical street with plenty of houses and small shops nearby. We aren’t doing anything revolutionary, just putting in our hours and making sure the work is finished on time. The building itself is nothing special to look at, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun off us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few stacks of papers that we really should organize better. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other’s names and how they like their coffee. It feels more like a small community than a big company. We deal with the local weather, the occasional power cut, and the usual daily routines of life in Allahabad. People stop by now and then to ask questions or drop things off. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big goals, we just try to be helpful and get through the to-do list before the sun goes down. It’s a decent place to work and we are happy to be in Tellierganj. There is always a lot going on in the neighborhood to keep things interesting for us.
