You can find us at the Solid Ice Factory Compound in Tavdipura. It is right opposite the Dariyakhan Ghummat, which is a big old landmark everyone knows around here. Industrial Gear Corporation is exactly what the name says. We make gears. Big ones, small ones, and everything in between for machines. The workshop is always humming with the sound of the lathes and grinders. It is a bit dark inside because the building is older, but we have got good lights over the machines. There is always a smell of machine oil in the air here. We get a lot of orders from other factories that have a broken machine and need a replacement part fast. We do not do much fancy marketing because most of our customers are people we have known for twenty years. It is a greasy, hands-on kind of job. We spend a lot of time measuring things to the millimeter. If a gear is off by even a tiny bit, the whole machine fails, so we have to be picky about the details. Sometimes the heat in the workshop gets to be a lot in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. It is a local business run by people who actually understand how mechanics work. No corporate fluff, just a lot of metal and hard work every day. We stay busy because people need parts that actually fit and work right.
