Vikas Packaging

Vikas Packaging is located at Plot No 480, which covers Survey Numbers 241, 242, and 247 in Subhash Nagar, Ida Jeedimetla. Having that much space sounds like a lot, but once you fill it up with stacks of cardboard and packing materials, it feels pretty small. We spend our time cutting, folding, and gluing things together. The sound of tape dispensers and heavy cutters is what we hear all day long. It’s a busy environment and things can get a bit chaotic when a large order comes in at the last minute. Jeedimetla is always loud and dusty, so we are used to the grit on the windows and the noise from the street. My brother handles the deliveries and I stay back to manage the guys on the floor. We don't have a fancy website or a salesperson. If someone wants boxes or packaging, they usually just walk in or call the landline. We aren't trying to be the biggest packaging place in the city, we just want to keep the machines running and the bills paid. Sometimes we have to work late on Saturdays to catch up, but that is just how it goes when you run your own place. The coffee from the stall down the road is what keeps us awake during those long shifts. We are just regular people making boxes in a corner of Subhash Nagar.
