Out here in Ida Jeedimetla, things move pretty fast, and Sri Balaji Papers Print Packs is right in the thick of it at D 115 in Phase I. Our building is usually humming with the sound of the printing presses going all day long. There is that constant smell of fresh ink and paper rolls that hits you as soon as you walk through the door. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy stacks of cardboard and paper from the machines to the packing area. We don’t have much in the way of air conditioning, so the fans are always spinning, even if they just move the warm air around. The floor is often scattered with scraps of paper that we have to sweep up at the end of every shift. We’ve been at this address for a long time now and we know the quirks of every machine we own. Some of them are older and need a bit of a kick to get started in the morning, but they still produce good results. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s always someone around if a rush job comes in. We don’t spend time on flashy meetings or anything like that. We just look at the orders, set the plates, and start the run. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy, and it’s a lot of hard work, but we manage to keep everything organized enough to get the boxes out on time.
