Kohinoor Industries

Kohinoor Industries is located at Plot No 6 in Phase Iv of the Ida Jeedimetla industrial area. We’ve been here for quite some time now, working out of this same plot. Being in Phase Iv means we have plenty of other workshops and factories for neighbors. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement. We manufacture various parts and components, mostly metal-based stuff that goes into bigger machines. Our workshop is usually noisy with the sound of grinding and cutting, but we’re used to it. The office is just a small partitioned corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We don’t go in for fancy branding or slogans. We just focus on making sure the dimensions are right and the orders go out on time. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big batch, and other times we’re just waiting for a shipment of raw material to arrive. The staff here is like a small family; we’ve seen each other's kids grow up. We don't have a human resources department or a PR team. If there’s a problem, we just fix it. People in Jeedimetla know where we are if they need something fabricated. We just try to do a good job every day and keep the machines running smooth. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know and we’re good at it.
