G R Engineers

Our workshop, G R Engineers, is over at Plot No 942, specifically on Survey Number 301. We are located in Ram Reddy Nagar within the Ida Jeedimetla area. It is a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of hammers and engines nearby. We have been in this spot for a long time. The floor is made of thick concrete and it’s seen a lot of use over the years. We do engineering work, which basically means we fix whatever metal parts people bring in. It's often greasy and hot work, especially in the summer months. We have a few old machines that we keep running with a bit of effort. The team is just a few local guys who have been doing this forever. We don't have an air-conditioned office or any leather chairs. Usually, we just sit on wooden stools when we take our lunch breaks. Ram Reddy Nagar gets very crowded in the evenings when the shifts end at the bigger factories. It can be a struggle to get a vehicle out of the yard sometimes. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. If someone needs something fixed, they usually just walk in and ask. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on the bench. It’s a simple life at Plot 942, but it works for us. We just try to keep the machinery going and finish our tasks.
