We have been running our business out of Durga Bhavan on R.P. Road for a long time. Our office is at 14/12, which is not the biggest space in the world, but it works fine for what we need to do every day. Dealing with imports and exports involves a massive amount of paperwork and constant phone calls to people in different time zones. There is almost always someone in the background talking to a supplier or checking on where a shipment has ended up. It gets quite noisy in here during the peak hours. R.P. Road is always bustling with traffic and people, so there is a lot of energy right outside our windows. We handle a wide variety of goods, so no two days are really the same. It is not always easy keeping track of everything coming in and out of the ports, but we have our own way of doing things that has worked for years. We are not big on flashy office decorations or using corporate talk to impress anyone. We just focus on the logistics and the heavy lifting that comes with global trade. Logistics can be a real pain when things get stuck at customs, but that is just part of the job. Our small team knows how to handle the pressure. We have built up a lot of local connections just by being here and doing the work. Sometimes we stay late when the ports are busy.
