This is where Chandana Vallabhaneni works, at Flat no 102 in Jayakethan Plaza. The building is in Subarmanyam Colony, which is part of the Saidabad area in Hyderabad. It’s an apartment setup, so it feels very personal and homey. We mostly handle HR tasks, looking through files and talking to people about their jobs. It’s not a big corporate office with hundreds of people. It’s just a small space where we get the administrative work done. Being in Saidabad means we are in a more traditional part of the city. The plaza is easy to find once you are in the colony. We spend a lot of time on the computer or making calls. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a massive agency. We just handle the executive work for our clients. There’s a bit of a family feel to how we do things since the office is in a residential complex. You might hear the usual sounds of the neighborhood while we work. We've been at Jayakethan Plaza for some time. It works for us because it’s convenient. We don't have any fancy marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or by knowing the family name. It’s just a straightforward HR office run by real people in a regular Hyderabad flat. We just focus on the people and the paperwork every single day.
