Satyam Bpo

We run Satyam Bpo out of unit 501 in the Grand Vijetha Apartments. The building is located at 16-2-147/3F in Anandnagar, which is part of the Malakpet area in Hyderabad. It’s a residential-commercial mix around here, which makes for an interesting atmosphere. Being in an apartment building means our office feels a bit more personal than a cold office tower. We handle business process outsourcing, so there are always people on the phones or typing away at keyboards. It can get a bit noisy at times, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren’t a giant outsourcing center with thousands of seats. We’re a smaller operation, which allows us to keep a closer eye on everything. We’ve been in Malakpet for a while and we like the location. It’s easy for our staff to get here, and there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby. We don't put much effort into looking corporate. Our focus is on the tasks our clients give us. We just want to make sure the work is done by the end of the day. There’s no fancy mission statement on the wall. We just show up, log in, and get to work. It’s a simple setup in Anandnagar, and it suits the way we like to do things. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so it feels more like a small community than a workplace.
