Hr Exec

Hr Exec is a small group of us based in Hyderabad. We don't have a big, permanent office building with our name on it. Instead, we work out of various spots around the city or from our own homes depending on the day. Hyderabad is a huge place, and since we deal with human resources and hiring, we are often out meeting people anyway. We spend a lot of time on our phones and laptops. Our work isn't very complicated to describe; we basically just help connect people with jobs and help companies sort out their staffing. It involves a lot of reading through resumes and sitting in cafes or small rented spaces to do interviews. We don't have a corporate handbook or a bunch of fancy titles. We just know how the local job market works and we try to be helpful where we can. Some days are really busy with dozens of calls, and other days are a bit slower. We've been doing this for a while, so we've seen how much the city has grown. We don't use any of that weird marketing language. We just talk to people like regular humans. If you're looking for us, we are usually just an email or a phone call away. We like the flexibility of not being tied to one single desk in one single building.
