House Designs, Engineers & Developers

We've been over here at Gulam Khutubuddin, house number 10-5-32/2/4/A for a while now. This spot in Ahmadnagar, Firstlancer is where we do all the engineering and development stuff for House Designs. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. People around Hyderabad know this area can get a bit busy, especially with the traffic in the afternoons, but it's home for us. We spend most of our days looking at drawings or talking about how a house is going to come together. Sometimes it’s just the engineers sitting around with coffee trying to figure out a tricky structural problem on a Tuesday morning. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. Most folks just find us because they heard about us from a neighbor or they live nearby in the Firstlancer area. It’s a lot of practical work, making sure things are built right and the designs actually make sense for a family to live in. We see a lot of different projects come through the doors here at 10-5-32/2/4/A. It keeps us pretty busy from morning until late. The street outside always has something going on, which keeps things interesting while we're inside at the desks. We've got our routine down, from the early site visits to the late-night planning sessions. It’s just how things go for House Designs, Engineers & Developers. We're just a bunch of regular people working out of this Hyderabad office. We have some old filing cabinets that have been here since we opened, and a fan that squeaks, but it works for what we need.
