You can find Healthy Heart Foods over at 302, Diamond House in Panjagutta. It is a busy part of town, so getting here usually involves fighting a bit of traffic. Our office is on the third floor. It’s a functional space where we handle the side of the food business that doesn’t involve a kitchen. There are plenty of phone calls going back and forth every day. We deal with suppliers and distributors mostly. The building is one of those older commercial spots where everyone knows everyone else in the hallway. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of calendars on the walls to keep track of dates. Panjagutta always feels like it’s moving fast, and we try to keep up. It gets pretty lively around lunch when everyone heads out to the local spots nearby. We’ve stayed in Diamond House because it’s central and people know the building. Inside, it’s just us working through orders and checking on stock levels. It’s not a showroom or anything like that. It’s a place of work. We handle a lot of details related to what people eat, though we aren't the ones in chef hats. Most days are spent looking at spreadsheets and talking to delivery drivers. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. It works for us.
