Gp And Nr Ventures Llp is based out of the Bharani Complex on Ministers Road. We’re in unit C-31. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded with traffic, but it’s a good spot to be in the middle of everything. We started this venture because we wanted to get involved in different local projects. It’s not just one thing we do. We look at different opportunities around Secunderabad and Hyderabad. The office is pretty functional. We have a few chairs, some computers, and a small area for meetings. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to get the work done. We don't go for big marketing campaigns or anything. Most people find us through someone they know. Ministers Road has a lot of energy, and we like being part of that. Some days we are out on site, and other days we are stuck in the office doing the boring stuff like filing and taxes. We aren't a massive team, just a few partners who have been around the block a few times. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. It’s been a journey setting this up, and we are just taking it one day at a time. The complex has a lot of other businesses, so we get to meet different folks. We try to be straightforward and keep our feet on the ground. It works for us.
