We’re over at Plot No.1-10-176 in Gyan Janak Kunj, which is in the Temple Halwal area of Bharti Nagar. Gourav Consultancy Services is basically just a few of us sitting at desks, helping people figure out their paperwork and different service requirements. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, especially being near the temple, which makes it a good place for thinking and working through problems. We don't have a big staff or a multi-story office. It’s a modest setup with a lot of files and a couple of computers that have been through a lot. People come to us when they’re confused about how to handle certain official tasks or when they need some practical advice on their own small businesses. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just use what we’ve learned over the years to help out. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we just pull up another chair. We don't have a fancy waiting area with magazines; you just sit and wait your turn. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been in Bharti Nagar long enough to know how things work around here, and we just pass that knowledge on to whoever walks through the door. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us connected to the community. We like it that way and plan to stay for a while.
