Golden Lady Spices & Foods Private Limited is located out on Kasarabad Road in Kesaram. Our place is at Plot No 4, covering SY No 298/2 and 298/7. If you come by, you will smell the spices long before you see the gate. We process all kinds of spices and food items here. It’s hard work and the air is always thick with the scent of pepper or cumin. We wear old clothes because the spice dust gets into everything. The machines we use for grinding are quite old but they still work fine. We spend our time monitoring the machines and bagging the finished products. Kesaram is a bit far from the main city, so it’s quieter out here, which we prefer. We have a small team of workers who know exactly how to mix the different blends. It is not a clean, polished office. It’s a working mill with heavy bags and dusty floors. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy office for meetings. We just sit on plastic chairs when we take our lunch. The focus is always on the quality of the grind and getting the bags loaded onto the trucks for delivery. It's a long day of physical work, but we are used to it by now.
