Gold Stone Tele Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 140 in the I.D.A. area of Cherlapally. Since it is an industrial development area, we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. It’s a very busy place with trucks and heavy vehicles moving around all day long. Our building is a simple structure that is built for work, not for looking pretty. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of telecommunications equipment and wires. It’s a bit dusty because of all the activity in the industrial zone, but we try to keep our workspace clean enough. We have a small crew of people here. Some of us have been working at this plot for many years. We aren't a big, fancy company with lots of rules and corporate talk. We just focus on the jobs we have to do and try to get them finished on time. The neighborhood doesn't have many shops or cafes, so we usually bring our own food or eat at the small canteen nearby. It’s a hardworking environment and we like the feeling of being in an area where things are being made and moved. We don't have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just show up every morning, do our work, and then head home when the day is done. It is a simple routine and we are happy with it.
