Globalways Consulting started in Hyderabad because we saw a lot of folks struggling to get their small businesses off the ground. We don’t have a big fancy glass building or anything. Our office is just a regular place with some desks and a coffee machine that works most of the time. When you come in, you’ll probably see a few of us hunched over laptops or talking on the phone. We do consulting, which basically means we listen to your problems and tell you what we’d do if we were in your shoes. We’ve been through the ups and downs of running a business ourselves, so we aren't just reading from a textbook. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the advice we give is just common sense that people forgot. We don’t use those big corporate words that don’t mean anything. We just want to help you get your work done without all the extra stress. Hyderabad is a busy city and everyone is in a rush, but we try to take the time to actually understand what’s going on with each person who walks through our door. We’ve made our share of mistakes over the years, which is probably why we’re good at helping others avoid them. It’s a quiet life here, just doing the work and trying to be useful to the local community. We don’t have any grand slogans. We just show up every morning and get to it. Sometimes the traffic is bad and we’re late, but we always finish what we started.
