Glentree Properties LLP is up on the 4th floor of Apurupa LNG Towers in Jubilee Hills. Most days you'll find us shuffling through paperwork or talking to people about land and buildings around here. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now. It’s a busy area, but the office stays pretty quiet. We don't really do the whole flashy sales pitch thing. Usually, people just drop by when they have questions about a property or need help with some documentation. It's mostly local stuff. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but once you're up here, it’s fine. We handle the day-to-day real estate bits that come up. Nothing too fancy, just regular work. Most of the team grew up nearby or has lived in Hyderabad long enough to know the streets well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to look at sites. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the outdoor stuff done early. If you happen to be in the Jubilee Hills area and looking for the LNG towers, we're right there near the main road. It's a straightforward operation. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the files are in order. Sometimes we have tea and just chat about how the neighborhood is changing so fast. There's always a new building going up somewhere. That’s pretty much us.
