Gayathri Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Balanagar, at Ho.No. 10-39 in Vinayaknagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but we do our business stuff from here. We’ve been set up in this part of town for a good bit of time. It’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or making things look corporate. The office is functional and that’s what matters to us. We handle a lot of technical work, though it’s mostly just routine stuff that needs doing right. We get people coming in from all over Balanagar. Some days are really hectic with deadlines, and other days we’re just catching up on paperwork. It’s a local operation, so we know the people around Vinayaknagar pretty well. We aren't some giant corporation with a call center. If you call, you’re probably talking to one of us who is actually on-site. We’ve had some ups and downs, like any small company, but we keep showing up. The heat gets a bit much in the afternoons sometimes, but the fans keep us going. We focus on the work at hand and don’t worry too much about the rest. It’s just how we operate.
