Our clinic is tucked away in Malla Reddy Nagar, specifically at House No 32-180/1/4. If you know where the Narthaki Theater is in Alwal, we are in the lane right opposite it. It’s a local spot in Secunderabad that’s been around for a bit. We focus on physiotherapy, so there are mats, some weights, and tables for stretching. It’s not a gym, even though it might look like one at first glance. We see people who have back pain or maybe they hurt their leg playing sports. It’s a small place, so it feels more like a house than a doctor’s office, which some people seem to like. We don’t have a big receptionist desk; usually, one of us just greets you when you walk in. The lane outside can be narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a puzzle. We have a lot of regulars from the Lothkunta area who come in once a week. The floors are plain, and we don't have any fancy art on the walls. We just focus on the exercises and the physical stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when several people are doing their movements at the same time. We don't have any corporate slogans. It’s just a place where you come to move around and hopefully feel a bit better after your session. We stay open late enough for people coming from work. We take a break on Sundays.
